Facial folds

What can I do to kind of fix the folds in my face? I have a flat maxilla and kind of weak orbitals, so under certain lighting you can see some slight smile lines and under-eye folds. I know that it's mostly genetic, but is there anything I can do to at least make them less prominent? I'm even fine with frauding at this point.(no surgery i‘m still 16)

If you are overweight it can make the folds more prominent, same with if you are too skinny and your face looks overly gaunt.

If it persists regardless of weight, your best options would be filler or fat grafting.

Also try RF microneedling and tretinoin.

if you're talking about nasolabial folds you can do fat dissolvers for them and for sagging under eyes you need fat grafting

the folds are due to your maxilla the only way to remove them is to advance your maxilla
