Any secret tips for achieving htn to good looking harmony?

The foundation is hardest to change. If your facial harmony is already low then good luck. There is no secret tip, and even most surgeries are not guaranteed to bring you up even half a tier. Only option is losing weight but thar could have a negative or positive impact of facial ratios but that's usually only if badly obese and tendency to storing facial fat on top of that.

Like how you can transform from sub 5 or average guy to good looking guy

It's impossible to go from sub 5 to average unless if you are obese or some high reward surgery which is often high risk to treat some major deformity. Even then losing weight isn't guaranteed to make you look vastly better as there a common misconception, as it could impact ratios negatively and if bone structure is lacking.
