shit, let your facial bones develop a little. when you're young you tend to have a lot of fat distributed in your face, so as you get older it will go away. doesn't really matter how low bf you go, you're still gonna have those fat deposits on your face. i'd try to debloat for a week to see if facial fat is really the issue, and if it persists you can try aqualyx

drink hella water and eat lots of potassium (bananas, sweet potatoes), avoid shit with high sugar and sodium levels. sleeping 8 hours a night can't hurt either. you're not stupid bro, everyone starts somewhere
