Since im done with my body surgery, it's time now to focus/plan on facial surgery. with that being said I am well past 18 years old and boneless so I will not develop further without it and I do not have the genetics to grow proper facial hair. Just looking for recommendations with the focus on the assymetrical aspect of my face in eye area/jaw area. I have already made an ortho appt. for the xray.

1. Genio
2. Hyoid/neck skin tightening or get lean
3. Slight rhino
4. Canthoplasty

X-ray determines if it’s genio or bimax but I think it’s prob just chin.

1. fix asymmetries jaw assymetries through bimax.
2. what do you want to look like/change?
Id first get hair off forehead, darken, thicken, shape eyebrows, get colored contacts, look into laser depig, If you have light colored eyes it will save your ipd which is bad.
You dont need rhino, you need bimax.
:p
