Facial widening

What hardmaxes/ soft maxes if any can I do for facial width? Especially when I see myself in pictures from a far my face looks to narrow.

it doesnt look too narrow. Take a photo from 6 feet away on 2x zoom to get rid of all lens distortion. Take it at midface height and stand in the middle of the photo.

Front camera distorts your face way too much.

Also if your bizygomatic is 143mm, then it's ideal.

Lets say it was narrow. It's not too big of a flaw if it's a little bit under,

But lets say if you wanted to fix it. You can look into zygomatic osteotomy. You can look into skull implants. But you can't widen the distance between the ear canals so this issue can't be fixed in the way you want it to be fixed.
I would say it's not an issue in your case, and you are better off fixing everything else. Take David Gandy for example narrow face but mogs because his other features are good.

how old are you? cause you maybe could get a palate expander (don't take any medical advice from me tho, i'm a 15yo kid) or basic softmaxxes like boosting hgh and test naturally with good sleep, good diet, interval fasting, sprints, sun exposure ...
depending on your age, often puberty makes your face wider, i saw a significant increase in width in the last 2-3 years by basically doing nothing, and both my parents don't have wide faces

I’m 18, but I have always been a late bloomer when it comes puberty. At 16 I was 5,8 now I’m 6,1. So maybe I can still get some progress from it.
