GOT A HAIR TRANSPLANT FROM ISTANBUL, TURKEY. FROM "CAPIL CLINIC"

Hair transplant date - February 25th, 2022. It has been about exactly 10 months post transplant now.

Supposedly 3000 grafts. They used the "CHOI PEN" procedure.

The hair look so brittle and weak. They lack density? Maybe they didn't grow in properly?

Something about my hairline is so unsettling. I think they made it too straight and the hair just seems empty? So many open spaces in between. Doesnt look natural.

The temples look weird. Not done properly. Definitely need a revision

What do I do? Are there any suggestions for better surgeons in Turkey? Better more reputable places who do good work? Do I need a second operation for more density? Better hairline design? Fill in the temples more? It looks so terrible. The worst part is they look so different to my other hairs on my head. I cant really do a proper hairstyle or "use" my new hairline. It looks so thin and burnt.

On a real note tho you have to issues with your hair post transplant 1 the hair is not ideal density and 2 the hairline is way too sharp and not rounded properly at the corners. What to do 1 revision 2 you need a better hair cut and hair routine. I advise against shampoo just use conditioner and never brush your hair unless it's wet.

Youre right about the hairline design. They literally gave me a marker and told me to draw a line where around my forehead where I wanted the hair to be restored. Im a layman, I literally just drew as straight a line as possible going from one end to the other.

My temples look terrible and the hairline looks too empty and straight.

How can I fix this? What do I tell the surgeons?

keep your hairline covered with a fade curtain/fringe hairstyle and give it another 8 months, if it still looks like shit go in for a revision, the hairs might fall out again and look better but the shape of the hairline is a little unfortunate

try get your money back, explain it looks horrible and is ruining your quality of life, use that money to go to a different surgeon who can redesign the hairline, itll be a tiny bit lower but itll look way better if done correctly

I dont think anything kind of supplementation can help here.

theres straight up chunks of hair that weren't transplanted. its a density issue. do you know any good surgeons I can see?

Poor guy is trying so hard, I'd recommend lightening skin and building muscle maybe surgery

I went to hih quality doctor and even got a very good result. but no matter how your ht result, a ht is a ht and will never be as dense a natural hairline. this is why a Ht should be always your last option. maybe if used fin and min you could get back some of your hair. Who knows. You look young. tbh ht shouldnt be done uness like you age 28 or over.

its not the hairline, 90% of all hairlines look like that after ht. low density and way too straight. good doctors draw a wave line nowadays, some good one in hungary does it. density always depends on surgeon too.

There are just a few high quality doctors in turkey, check out HLC clinic. They deliver top results. But keep in mind a hairtransplant will never be like having a normal non recessed hairline. No human on earth has enough donor hair at his back hair to give him maximum density that would be needed
