I don't understand why people trust these surgeons at all...People think that having a medical degree, being certified from board and being able to hold a scalpel is outstandingly hard whereas even a homeless West Coast underpass tent city dweller can easily perform same surgeries with 6 months of training.

These surgeons don't try to improve themselves at all, they see these people as cash cow and they only care about the giving the same standard shit service over and over again with minimum effort for maximum revenue...

You need to find a surgeon with aesthetic eye who understands what he is doing. Also I don't understand the acceptance of such results by patients...If your surgeon botches you just go and make sure he pays the ultimate price. Because your life is already over when botched and now at least make sure that idiot surgeon also be made an exemplary. If enough surgeon gets punished when they botch, global quality of surgeries will rise as they will know what will happen to their botcher asses...
