Failed to draw 500ml my own blood.

I tried to take 500ml of blood to get rid of forever chemicals and soften my skin but all I did was rupture two veins and stick myself with painful 24 gauge needles 5 times.
The plan was to suck the blood out with my mouth through a tube and spit it into a cup but the flow just wasnt working and i kept dropping the tube causing the needle to flick around inside my arm and cause pain going through the sides of veins. The best progress i made was by just sticking a vein and letting it drip slowly but i probably only got 10 drops. This is so stupid what can i do.
