Had a live drawing sesh drawing a naked woman but instead of focusing on her body I kept analyzing her face

She had wide cheekbones, a short upturned nose, long philtrum and wide set eyes. Despite her face having the same nature of flaws mine does (were both slavic) she somehow looked pixie-ish instead of ugly. Why?

Are there failos that hurt women or do men get more deductions for anything?

men care more about individual features than women do. The male gaze focuses more on key features, usually good ones that they want to fuck on, while the female gaze is much more focused on a combination of parts, like eye area or overall frame/size/height

Close set eyes usually look pretty bad

Real, non-autist humans don't really notice others "falios" irl.
The reason people notice them on their own faces and harshly judge themselves is good 'ol low self esteem. If you treated her face like you treat yourself, you wouldn't think she's "pixieish", just ugly lol.
It's like nasolabial folds, forehead lines, sunken eyes.... almost everyone including very attractive people have them shits but people freak out about them on their own faces.

So, think about it, are you really a "chincel" or just a mental midget? :feelskek:

Sunken eyes can work on certain types

They do but often not really consciously unless they are quite apparent. They may tell that "something is off"

Well obviously, people do notice facial features, but they don't hyperfixate on it. It's more of a bigger picture thing.
If anything, attractive people get their very obvious "failos" turned into positives. That's how come ppl can talk about loving men with sleepy eyes or big manly noses lol
