Estrogen plays an important role in HGH and igf-1 levels, as well as brain health, bone density, etc. In goldfish, HGH levels of 120 ng/ml with a baseline of 20 ng/ml were achieved via E2 injections. I'm not saying you should try and increase estrogen, that's retarded, what I am saying is if you have HEALTHY estrogen levels and are looking to increase your height, estrogen suppression will hinder you. Now if you are taking testosterone to increase height (this will also increase your tanner stage and may not even have a long term height increase, so I don't recommend this.), or have naturally high estrogen aromatase inhibition to stay in a healthy level is fine.

It does, if you read my post you would see that estrogen isn't the devil when it comes to height. Did you stop growing young? if not then you're estrogen levels only helped you height wise.

growth done at 18 is an internet meme. Usually the only people that are the exact same height at 23 than they were at HS graduation are 6’2+ people, most people in more average height ranges still can get one or two inches during college years it’s just no more wild growth spurts anymore

I hope so. My brother said he was 189 at 18 or 19, and now he is about 193. I hope at 182 that I make it to 185 or 6’1, though extremely unlikely

Nice, maybe I will be a real 6 footer after all. I’m as tall as my dad though, maybe a cm taller, so I’ve reached my genetic potential, in fact, my predicted height was 179, but being a real 183 cm maintained height throughout day would be nice. But 5’11 is still a nice height

I don't think persistant pubertal gyno is related to high estrogen most of the time, especially if you are lean and not skinnyfat or fat.

- Could be thyroid problem
- Could be elevated proclatin
- Could be an imbalance between estrogen and testosterone without elevated estrogen, I mean low T mostly
- Could run in family and just being nipples that for some reason sensitive to this condition

Oh and also the underlying condition could just be actually resolved but the actual gland behind the nipples too old to go away on it's old.

Tbh I think ec lost brain function from neurotoxicity due to lack of estrogen. Estrogen is neuroprotective, androgens have some neurotoxicity alone.
