What’s up with older, unattractive, and/or overweight women fake coughing when they walk by me. They don’t do it to older, unattractive, or overweight guys

I ignore it. But it’s like if you don’t like someone why not just ignore them instead of trying to get their attention or engaging with them in any way, like fake coughing
