Just got some today. Not specifically for jaw gains, though I wouldn’t mind that byproduct. It’s cheap, and I can chew it all day at school.

I remember when I was first considering it ppl were crying abt the taste it tastes like nothing. Absolutely nothing. And it’s very, very hard with two pieces. I remember at school months back a kid pointed out how fast I chewed normie gum. As I made it a point to chew that kinda stuff daily because of the greycel ideology.

This stuff is good.

Falim because it’s NT. has a smell to it but can be counteracted by one stick of normie gum.

Yeah I find myself chewing 3 pieces at once just to maintain the tension all the way throughout the chewing session.

Though I’ve noticed the muscular size and pump is great as long as you’re chewing it soft or hard. Frequency>force. As frequency doesn’t necessarily lead to TMJ.

I think its better to jusr chew small amounts of regular gum daily. Avoid using the cheeks. Most people will get wide jaw just from chewing regular gum
