Mine is mild and I nose breather during the day, and mouth breathe at night. Mouth bresthing at night at this age probably won’t do shit aesthetically since my facial bones are fused by now. Anyways I do have a nice slim nose from the front ( just a bit long and narrow but I don’t think long nose can be fixed). I do have a very tiny bump that’s not noticeable unless you nitpick my face. It not perfectly straight. He offered to do both for free( just need to do anesthesia fee). It would only help my 3/4 and side profile. Don’t want to ruin my harmony. If he’s just shaving bone and not breaking the nose wouldn’t it not be risky? I heard modifying tip is where it gets risky. Live in a rich town and doctors here are best of best so not worried about him being a Low tier surgeon and his reviews are good
