If that guy got malar fat pad removal and a rhinoplasty, he could actually ascend to chadlite. He already did reta and is semi-willing to do steroids it seems. If he got the money, he could easily be low inhib enough to get those two surgeries and post about his insane life, while also mogging at a tier maybe even higher than AndrewsAccount.
