So many guys fantasize about a serious relationship with a woman the moment she shows them an ounce of attention, but this is the ultimate way to shoot yourself in the foot and ensure it doesn't happen. You longing for it so deeply means you're clearly suffering without it, so why would a place designed for suffering let you have it? That completely goes against the purpose of this loosh farm.
Nothing is a coincidence. Once you've experienced multiple times that, like clockwork, women come your way the moment you stop caring about them, you'll see there has to be some external force at play reacting to your inner thoughts and desires. If you quickly revert to what I said above then they'll just keep wasting your time and getting off on disappointing you. Everything women do is to ultimately cause suffering, so if you're someone who remains completely unfazed then they'll do whatever they need to do to bring you into that state of caring>attachment>suffering.
