fapping causes acne

fapping causes massive acne especially when i do it after a long time i ltrly cant control i get alot of high testosterone and if i dont do it i cant sleep even if im sleepy fapping a little causes alot of acne for me like alot even tho my diet is clean and my water intake is good i dont understand why this is.

I used to think this was true but not sure.

What I absolutely know is that bad sleep over several days causes acne.

guys i know fapping dosent cause acne thats why im asking i notice it every single time i even took pictures before and after 1 hr of fapping i noticed 2 new pimples

it causes inflammation in the face and blood to run into ur face post nut, studies shown fapping causes inflammation, inflammation is a cause of acne, if u get cystic or inflammatory acne and ur fapping ur worsening it,

however if u just get get red dots and theres no cysts fapping isnt behind ur acne.

i searched up inflammatory acne and yes thats the type of acne i get alot
i guess ur right than i have to focus on totally stopping fapping

not completely u need to eat less, and walk more, i had inflammatory acne it was caused by being sediatary, eating too much so my body couldnt digest it in time so it comes out in the form of acne.

ngl i just fell into a biggest rut of my life jacked off every day till it didnt feel disgusting nor like abnormal so it interferes with my life/makes me feel inferior to others. tho you should definetly just stop it since i dont think you can naturally just flip the switch in your head and understand allat that fapping is a normal process and blah blah
