Title fapping genuinely increased my t levels.
At 15 I was a low t bitch and a late bloomer. U might laugh but I had no clue what masturbation was. My friends would talk about it but I would just nod my head cause I didn’t wanna seem weird.
At 15 - 298 ng/ dl levels.
At 16 I finally started fapping and discovered it BUT it wasn’t porn. I’m a mental masturbator. Maybe that’s the difference? I don’t fucking know.
I started fapping like twice a day.
At 16- 550 ng/dl levels. It’s been eight months now since I started fapping
Now even if it wasn’t fapping. Maybe it was my sleep and diet. Cause they improved significantly. BUT MY POINT IS.
Nofap ultimately won’t decrease ur t levels. Maybe it has something to do with energy or motivation. But I don’t feel depressed either.
Maybe porn is the culprit but lemme know .
So now I’m confused. I wanna do nofap but is it worth it. Could I just fap without porn at the very least
