The fascia is a type of connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, organs, and nerves. Most people are limited by their own fascia. Your posture, muscle growth and facial structure are all affected by your fascia.
If your fascia is tight or shortened it can limit muscle growth, compress bone and ruin your posture and face.
When you have a healthy and loose fascia your body can move freely which allows for muscles to grow evenly and for your posture to stay aligned.
But if your fascia is tight it can cause
How to loosen fascia:
For facial fascia:
You also need to eat enough nutrition to keep your fascia healthy. Here are some to focus on:
- fish, salmon, tuna and cod (not canned shit)
- egg white.
- beef and beef tendons .
- chicken skin and feet.
- pork gelatin.
- dark chocolate ( 90% cacao or more) .
- almonds.
- spinach.
-avocados.
- oysters
- eggs
- garlic
- onions
If you can't eat these foods daily you can use supplements instead but they're not as efficient as natural whole foods.
By doing these things you can see some benefits / results within the first 8-12 days like better posture and more flexibility. Long term benefits like better muscle / bone development will take 3-6 months of doing this but it's worth it if you're growing or if you're a gymcel.

When you have a healthy and loose fascia your body can move freely which allows for muscles to grow evenly and for your posture to stay aligned.
But if your fascia is tight it can cause
- Limited muscle expansion which will make your muscle look smaller / asymmetrical even at a low body fat.
- Effect bone positioning which could affect the jaw leading to tmj or asymmetries.
- A tight fascia will also make you look bloated from tight and limited muscle movement.
How to loosen fascia:
- Genetics. (good genetics = better development)
- Massage gun. Using a message gun will loosen the fascia after 5-10 minutes of using it but for long term effects you will have to use it everyday for 10-14 days.
- Hand Massage. Your hand has several nerves that go through the whole body so massaging it for 5-10 minutes a day will show benefits in all of your body. A lot of videos show you how to do this here are some videos that might help:
- Stretching. Stretching daily has a lot of benefits and this is one of them, while stretching target areas like your chest, shoulders, legs, hips, neck, jaw and lower back. Targeting these areas will improve your posture and put your head in a slight chin tuck position which allows for better development and better muscle definition.
- Stay hydrated. Not much explanation needed, everything in your body needs water to work and develop correctly, Drinking 3-4 liters of water is ideal.
For facial fascia:
- Gua sha. Using gua sha on the jaw, eyes and cheekbones for 5 minutes a day will help reduce tightness.
- Massaging the scalp. increases blood flow and reduces tightness.
- Neck stretching. No explanation needed.
- Mewing. Not much explanation is needed here just make sure your tongue is relaxed there is no such thing as hard mewing for faster results for anything.
