I want to drop to 10-13% body fat and I wanna know how, obviously caloric deficit and cardio but besides that is there really more or just that?

Yea but besides that workout is needed. Before I dropped 15kg, at my height I wasn't happy with my weight so I gained it back but point is I was 83kg at 195cm and still wasn't lean, like under 15%caloric deficit the rest is either cope or unhealthy

if you want to drop bf as quick as possible hit the dried fish (like anchovies) and running combo. dried fish is high in protein and low in calories so just eat like 80g of protein whatever grams that is in dried fish so you dont drop muscle and only fat. - i recommend eating before running so you dont feel dizzy and sick while running. can probably drop 400g of fat per day if your eating like 200 cals of fish and doing an hour of running (roughly 1000 cals burned)I want to drop to 10-13% body fat and I wanna know how, obviously caloric deficit and cardio but besides that is there really more or just that?
