fastest way to gain results

So i have been mewing (hard) for around 7 months, and i have gotten great results from it! I still have an mild recession though, another month or two i think i will be full potential.
So what i have learned from this journey is:
1:
Dont try to overreact when it comes to the posterior 3rd, most of you probably have it up without noticing. This was the case for me in the beginning. Try to feel across the roof of your mouth with your finger or put some toothpaste at the back to see if its engaged.
2:
I got the fastest results from pushing upwards really hard in the middle (i slid back my tounge just behind the front ringes at the front) and also pushing really hard from the back 3rd. This gave me really fast results, if you feel a numb feeling in your eye bridge area you are doing it right. Try laying down on your back while doing this in a chintuck position this felt best for me atleast.
3:
Just pushing hard in the middle of the hard palate automatically engaged my back 3rd so dont try to push your tounge backwards in to the posterior 3rd.
