No my bones are really dense already how prominent they look comes down to how much fat you got on ur face so if your fat they’re not gonna be prominent. I 100% agree. Is starvemaxxing cope too? cus that’s ridiculous u will be skinny fat in terms of ur face u need a good protein intake too. But literally I’ve been in a cal deficit this week dropped from 66.5kg to 63.35kg and in the first week I get that it’s probably water weight but I’ve got my abs back and my cheeks aren’t as puffy aswell as my cheekbones popping out more. But not eating is hard would you say it’s ok to have one cheat day. Rn I wanna eat cereal going over my deficit but still staying under maintenance, can this work?listen. im gonna be honest w u, sttop eating. or atleast be in a caloric deficit. everything else is cope even workigng out and running. the other parts of your body burns less calories to compensate for your muscles burning more. its all diet
