I can lose like 50lbs in 3 months easy to leanmaxx but worried if i go that fast I’ll end up putting it back on and losing definition. Not tryna spend a whole year just losing 50 cuz it’s the “right way” when i know i can do it in a quarter

just diet
one year is nothing

losing 50 in a year is easy ngl. Calorie deficit high protein diet whilst going gym minimum 4 times a week would probably make you lose 50 in that 3 month time easily.
If you can't do it then you're just useless and lazy tbh

The easiest way to not put fat on is just by building muscle and having a higher base metabolic rate. In ur case id lift at the same time since fat guys seem to fall into one of the 3 groups that can put on muscle while not in a deficit. Aside from that, avoid crash dieting—slowly reduce your calorie intake and increase your step count. Simply walking after meals can make a huge difference.

Only thing I do when I wanna get real lean is go from full fat dairy to low fat dairy and up my step count by going walking after meals. Helps with digestion and lowers risk of colon cancer too.

Don't do it the idiot way like allot of first time marathon runners do. Starve themselves and exercise themselves to death to the point they get so thin it looks like the wind could blow them over. Then they pile it all back on within 3 months of running the marathon.

Its about small consistent positive habits.

Ketogenic diet or the carnivore diet, essentially you want to elevate glucagon instead of insulin, which is the insulin to glucagon ratio, you do this by first not consuming any carbohydrate, fasting 16 hours with a 8 hour eating window (or a 23:1 fast window if you want to lose fat the quickest way), while consuming ruminant fatty red meats such as beef prioritizing fat and proteins. Through this method you turn on fat sensitive lipase which is specific targeting cells that aim to get rid of adipose tissue, which is body fat from your belly, face, back, arms etc.

Counting calories is not necessary as humans are selective thermodynamic species not inherent, also you don't have to exercise as you will shed off all that body fat quick but you can if you want to speed up the process, although excessive excerise can actually lead to greater catabolic duration of muscle tissue being used as an energy source if insulin is elevated (protein does convert into glucose through glucogeniesis but only when it is consumed in excessive amounts however fat is very calorically dense so you will be satiated with fatty red meat before you can consume an excessive amount of protein that turns into glucose which then spikes insulin causing the body to store fat).

No im saying i can do 50 in 3 months easily my only concern is supposedly losing that much in a short amount of time would lead to problems with metabolic rate + like a good half of that would be muscle and water which isn’t good

Would losing 50 in 3 months potentially have any other hypothetical side effects? Heard that it effects metabolic rates and insulin resistance which makes it a lot easier to put on weight in the future

If on the carnivore diet no because you can’t be insulin resistance if your energy source is coming from fats unless you consume fructose that is found in fruits, metabolically speaking you would be normal and losing 50lbs is possible in 3 months on the carnivore diet/ low carb without losing muscle. It’s mainly hormone’s that determine if you lose fat, gain fat, gain muscle, or lose muscle, not caloric expenditure or excerise.
