Water fast for a week

Dry fast for 5 days or so, if you can't do it for 5 days to a week, do water fast for a llitle bit less than a month, either way guaranteed to go to low bf in less than a whole month

I tried a 5 day fast but the thing is then I can't work out (too tired)
Dry fast for 5 days or so, if you can't do it for 5 days to a week, do water fast for a llitle bit less than a month, either way guaranteed to go to low bf in less than a whole month

what is dryfast? You have to drink water...
 
Each cycle is two weeks, also this will definitely help but obviously diet is everything, try fixing that first.

I see conflicting things about diet

1. Eat healthy foods and count macros
2. Eat semi healthy but its really just about less calories

which is true?????

If I was 20-25% I'd probably jump on a low dose anavar or winstrol cycle and starve myself down to 10-12%ish eating 1000-1200 calories a day. I'm confident you could do it in 8 weeks. Many will look down on using steroids for this purpose since you can do it natty over a longer time frame with a little finagling, but imo holding on to muscle while dropping a bunch of fat in a large caloric deficit is where a mild cycle really shines.

You don't need to eat "healthy" food if your only goal is weight loss and you have enough self control to hit your target calories/macros without binging.

Already had that.

The fucking doctor tried for over an hour on my love handles and abdomen (and this was after breaking out his vibration device) and said I was the most fibrous he had ever seen. Nothing but blood and maybe 10mL of fat came out. I could "feel" and hear the cannula ripping through my fat layer with great resistance which wasn't soft like butter or jello like plastic surgeons usually describe liposuction.

This was after he also did my double chin and couldn't get more the 3mL of fat out MAXIMUM he was so sorry about what a waste it was he gave me free kybella. (WHICH ALSO DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!)

Number 2, lost 7 pounds in a month just by fixing my shitty diet, dropped junk food completely

I was doing PSMF and seeing great results but I ended up getting the flu after a few days. It’s basically a very low calorie diet with mostly protein (800-1000 cals, 150-180g protein)

im either going to get back on that or try the snake diet. With psmf, you just want to lift and limit the cardio

Bro it is literally all about the calories. People talk about macros because certain types of eating are more filling. If you eat a deficit you will lose weight but if you eat healthy foods you will not feel shitty and exhausted all day.

Nah, it works for everyone. Probably the most used anabolic outside of the internet forums, in the real world. It has pretty strong antiglucocorticoid properties so some people get aches and pains from it after a while, but even that isn't very common in my experience. It's a great drug for this purpose, though you could basically use any steroid for this purpose with similar results. I just favor the ones that don't aromatize.

I think roiding is best for those who have impressive bodies already right (unless OP already has a lot of hard earned muscle) ? OP bro you literally just have to not eat and lift once in a while and get some protein to prioritize fat loss over muscle loss. Although I guess the steroid route is the drastic measure i think if you just spend a month miserable and eat very little you will get results. The hard part is just dealing with the mood and the hunger sensation

I am injecting T as soon as I can afford to buy a years supply of everything I need. I don't want to start and then worry about being able to stay on it. I want everything I need laid out and be able to rest assured I have a good backupp supply for a while in case I get a seizure letter and have to wait anout 20 days for a new batch of shit to ship. (or even get scammed)

Basically my shopping list is

Test E 400mg/mL (10mL vial) x4
HCG 5000 ius x4
Anastrozole 1mg x 200 tablets
Accutane 20mg x 200 tablets
Aldactone x 100 tablets

Already take fin

But its almost a thousand dollars and I'm a college student now with no money and barely any income with a 2 day per week $9/hour job

I am "fit" as far as being a fast athlete but I am not exactly aesthetic because CV exercise does not help my fat anywhere near as much as lifting weights and admittedly I have a bad diet. Eating makes me feel good. If I did not do my sport I would be 300 pounds if I ate the same way no doubt.

damn if you are a cardiovascular athlete definitely don’t take Clen that shit is bad for your heart. Try to fast sixteen hours before your workout at 5 AM and just doing basic lifts to prioritize fat mass being lost. Three hours of exercise is ridiculous I doubt anyone here does that much

It is probably closer to 1.5 to 2 hours but by the time it is all said and done it is 5AM-8AM is the official time. The first 15 minutes is usually bullshitting, putting our stuff down, and then we do a warm up for 20 minutes and then when we finish our work do stretches for like 20 minutes. That is like an hour of fluff

It's just water weight. Dry fasting, i.e. not eating food or water, is for people who are already ripped and want to shed water weight to be super-ripped. Some crazy people from Russia also think it cures cancer.

I've done "hard" dry fasts (where you're not even allowed to touch water) of a bit over three days. You don't necessarily die, in fact, you probably won't if you're really fat since you're carrying a lot of water around your waist.
 
Low glycemic index foods. Which are generally unprocessed or "whole" foods. Probably the only honest answer.

When your dryfasting as opposed to waterfasting the fat is converted into internal water, so you lose 3x weight faster than compared to regular water fasting.

im an athlete too, 6'1 12% bf 170lbs just finished my 36hr dry fast. Ive went from 208 lbs to 145 at my lightest doing dry fasting over a 3 month period. You asked for the fastest way, Dry fasting is the fucking fastest way.
