Shampooing every other day helps but literally it's just a waiting game, I grew mine from a comb over to a ramones cut within a year and some then cut it off again and waiting for it to grow back. Hang in there

not really, but the timeline for me was like
Comb over with slightly long fringe in March
Beatles length cut in July (I cut my bangs)
Then I just let it grow to something like this (super non NT) until last month when I cut it off JFL
