boron, magnesium glycinate,zinc, creatine, 9 hours sleep, evening sunlight ,bromocriptine, iodine, selenium or selenomethionine (From broccoli), TUDCA, coffee with sugar, mike mentzer weight lifting once a week

thats all u need to hit atleast 750 ng/dl (sleep is most imp)

these supps are not that costly and health is most imp , high T is calm all time, alert, high libido, not quick to anger but once angry ull be aggressive gorilla

Yo how do you make your coffee? I always see your threads abt but when I try it it turns bad with no effects on me
