Im around 22% body fat rn, trying to lose with hiit but its slow progress, what can i do to fasten it?
 
the deeper your calorie deficit, the faster youll lose bodyfat ( too deep and u will lose muscle too)

How much is too much im in a 500-700 cal deficit but i eat 30g more protein than normally (1.2g/lbs of bw)

if ur eating that amount of protein youre probably fine, as long as u arent at an age that height growth is still possible

i dont think you will loose muscle
if you keep myostatin low by hitting full body frequently you will build even in 500-1000 deficit if you eat high Protein and protein dygesting enzyme foods with it so your body absorbs everything
eating actually decent but burning those calories through cardio and steps and workout
not just cutting your calories while sitting on your ass ofcs then

also carb backloading
 
high protein, resistance training, lots of walking, 500 deficit
 
if u want to eat carbs eat them, then in a 20 minute time frame put a finger in ur mouth and vomit it out :p
bullshit whenever you have any carb in your mouth is already absorbed to 80% y all so stupid
