How much is too much im in a 500-700 cal deficit but i eat 30g more protein than normally (1.2g/lbs of bw)the deeper your calorie deficit, the faster youll lose bodyfat ( too deep and u will lose muscle too)

bullshit whenever you have any carb in your mouth is already absorbed to 80% y all so stupidif u want to eat carbs eat them, then in a 20 minute time frame put a finger in ur mouth and vomit it out
