No i havent, how long did you fast for?Have u tried dry fasting? I went from 176lbs to 155lbs january 2022 after binging during december 2021

Now i do 21-24 hour fasts everyday. I can stretch it out a few hours after 24 if it benefits my circadian rhytm (i need to eat a specific time) not too early and not too late. I do this because im happy with my current physique and body.How long do you dry fast for?

ur welcome. and i forgot to specify. all my fasts are dry. becase 1 day of dry fasts equals to 3 days of water fasts in terms of weight loss. (ive tested it myself) thats what made me transition to dry fasts in the first place, because it burns fat 3x faster.Alright imma follow that, thanks for your time
Would you recommend like only eating once a day? Because I'm 16 and kinda need some source of nutrients for growth but still need to slim down and plus I go gym. Sorry for late reply. From what I've been told on here they say lots of potassium. I'm assuming foods like bananas, avocadoes, dried fruits and tomatoes. The potassium in simple terms removes all that water from your face. You could try caffeine if you don't mind shitting yourself tho.What are best foods for debloat while on a bulk (i need 3500 calories at least)
