I am 160 5'6 and being a fat sucks, how do I lose like 15-20 pounds fast

If the target is 15-20 reta get a 5mg vial dose 1mg weekly and by the time it’s empty you should be there.
 
Don't starvemaxx that shit's retarded. I can tell you from experience because I went from 310lbs to 190, then from 190lbs to 280 and now I went from 280lbs to 190 and have been stable for about a year by now I believe.

I'm lazy as hell so I did no exercise but I got a lot off literally just not buying garbage low protein food and counting my intake, even counting my calories on my shit days.

If you count how many calories you intake without changing anything it will shock you (most people underestimate by a lot) and that shock will subconciously fuel you to reconsider every food you pick up

I reccomend a 500-1000 cal deficit (from your maintenance), you can do more, but I would ease into it by slowly lowering it rather than going 3000 cals a day to 1200.

Does it matter if I just buy straight goyslop as long as it's low cals

Do you care about nutrition/health that much or do you just wanna be lean for aesthetics?

It's still unhealthy but it doesn't matter if you don't care as long as it's not pushing you over your deficit.

Its actually one of the smarter things to do because it keeps you satisfied rather than coping with shitty salads that satisfy literally nothing. Id still reccomend some lean protein to go along with it though

I would say extreme calorie deficit plus 10-15K steps a day. Trust

realistically theyre are fast sketchy ways to lose weight but for the love of good just eat less and run or something please dont do bullshit

Stimulants like adderal or ritalin destroy appetite. also some SSRIs like zoloft fuck with it too
