2.25 potassium to sodium ratio. ideally three times as much potassium as sodium.
Drink a lot of water 3-4l
Dandelion tea or dandelion extract pills (natural diuretic)
OTC Diuretic pill.
Changing diet.
Cutting carbs too see how you body handles it, some get bloated on it some dont. Also depends on the types of carbs, stick to carbs from healthy sources like Fruit, Brown Rice, whole wheat bread instead of carbs from white bread, donuts, pizza etc.

Sometimes bloat is a result of fucked up gut flora.

Also i'd like to add.
Probiotics like Kefir helped me i think.
Certain people get bloat from dairy.

Try and change ur diet too see what does and doesnt work for you.

Water fasting could be worth it but unless you're just fat atm i'd suggest trying the other things first.

aren't diuretics very dangerous?

Contrary to what you'll see here, there is no real way to substantially remove facial bloat quickly. Drinking a diuretic, and waterfasting will both achieve similar goals in the short term (3 days to a week), but neither will contribute to really noticeable change within that timeframe. The human body is built to preserve its current state, it requires real change over the long term to see difference, it's part of the reason we've survived as long as we have.

Not the OTC ones.

The only dangerous ones are the perscription ones like HCTZ.
My otc ones are getting in in like 2 ish days they costed like 7 euros so not that much tbh.
All they make you do is piss a lot

What’s your body fat %? If its over 15% there is no fast way to lose bloat because you are fat if you’re over 15%.

I highly suggest you track how many carbs you are currently eating. It will be water retention from excessive carbohydrates
