Temporarily yes but it doesn't matter and doesn't do shit, it's complete cope. You will not stop being a manlet just because you fasted. Sleeping also "boosts" HGH technically, but it doesn't do shit. Temporary minor increases in shit like test or hgh are cope

rs. is it considerable to hop on hgh at 16 im almost 15 rn with 4.1 tanner stage(done with rapid growth). 5'11

Realistically it is considerable, but it's also crazy expensive and might be unneeded. Unless you have a literal deficiency in HGH(Which you don't since you're 5'11) HGH won't do that much for height. There's also a chance of growth plates actually prematurely closing, due to increased levels of IGF-1 from the GH. There will likely be jaw and hand growth tho

yes it does. good for autophagy, longetivity and overall health. but if you think of using it as a natural way to increase bone density or length then no.

yes, omad does make a change. its been shown during ramadan to slightly lower fat mass while keeping muscle mass the same when eating at maintenance and changing nothing else but I dont think its a good idea if you want to grow in both senses

Absolutely, I fasted for 12 hours everyday for 1 week and grew 3 inches!!!
