Our hunter gatherer ancestors were not eating as much as we do now in modern times. They would be high T and hunt for their foods for a day or even days before their next meals. This made their meals more rewarding.

Since food is so accessible nowadays, we lose testosterone due to the lack of hunting for our food. Eating whenever you are hungry is low IQ. Only eat meat as if you were a hunter gatherer (up to 1-3 days).

Fasting causes your body to slow down metabolism and save energy to hunt for your next meal as it is vital to your survival. You either eat or die. Therefor, fasting does indeed boost testosterone in order to obtain such necessities.

People don’t really value the importance of what nature intended, therefor no one really cares about why we even exist to this day.

Diet is just choice, its different for different people

not fasting is not the reason for chronically low test
you are more healthy just having a balanced diet with lots of meat, however, i skip breakfast and i feel better without it

Only intermittent fasting other than that you should keep on eating to prevent muscle loss

They fasted cause they had no food, not on purpose. Your body hates you fasting, why you think hunger exists?

Going against your natural instincts just cause muh hunter gatherers is stupid, they would have gorged themselves on meat all day if they could.

This is where I’ll expand your brain. Always remember, we exist because of the environment, the environment doesn’t exist because of us.

U cant avoid fasting
Dinner 2hrs before bed for hgh boost+ 8hrs(minimal acceptable digit) of sleep + i bet nobody have a meal right after they wake up
So 11-12hours of fasting everyday without even trying

Of course it’s not a good thing in modern societies eyes. Imagine yourself being in those times where there weren’t grocery stores.
