I fasted for a month and ended up shedding a fuck ton of hair

Only 4 months later has my hair gone back to normal

But it is very unsettling that I am prone to shedding hair that easily

I’m 90% sure I shed some hairs becUse I used to have thick hair there but then it turned thin, but now it’s normal again thankfully

I have actual diffuse thinning, but it's gotten thicker with fin only after 4 months so I'm optimistic

no my cum is runnier though, that's it

this is from high estrogen I think, so losing weight I might be able to stop the test from converting
