Fat dissolver for bulbous nose?

nose is thought to have little to no fat however the skin might have some.

tbh worth a shot instead of 4000 for a rhinoplasty

i cant get a straight answer if the nose has fat or not, gonna ask my doctor

Even if there is fat i still think rhino would make much more of a difference because the cartilage is what actually makes your nose the shape it is, not the fat, idrk tho

yeah rhino is always top choice but for some people on this forum who are under 18 and or broke cant really do a rhino
