why are some people just straight up fat with no muscle while they workout but...
there are some people with high bodyfat but also very high muscle percentage that don't work out either ( the bear physique )

it's prob testosterone difference + the (fat fat) guy was prolly fat during puberty and the bear physique guy got fat as he aged NOT during puberty

because if you're fat during puberty, you get 0% testosterone since all testosterone converts into estrogen and you get gyno and shit like that.
and you don't get masculinizing features such as broad shoulders and high muscle mass

I think when foids say they love dad bods they mean Hollywood guys off cycle, or like white combat athletes like Stipe and shit.

Also I notice the guys who have the GFs who r really into them and hot are not the roided guys, it's the pretty boys if foids r young or its the ogres with pretty high muscle mass, high fat, and huge thick frames.
