Fat graft, fillers or implants

I have finally saved up some money and I am very set on getting a filler, or fat graft or implant
I post this thread to ask if anyone can tell if a fat graft would work for me or it would sag and look shit as my infras are terrible. I am thinking of going to Dr Joshua in London or abroad if I plan to get a fat graft and undecided about implants.

Hmm interesting but wouldn’t that be like incredibly incredibly fucking dangerous? I understand doing some surgery’s DIY like lip filler for example or lipolab or perhaps even Botox on the frontals muscle (in the forehead) for lower set brows but this one would just be flat out retarded to DIY too many nerves….
