fat graft or infra orbitals? (WARNING: Negative canthal tilt)

As you already can tell I have a very noticable negative canthal tilt. But surgery has never provided me with so much hope. I have a few things in mind; (canthoplasty, rhino, etc.) but I still cant decide if i need infra orbitals or fat grafting. I have tear through hollows but also eye bags. My under eye support is ass (if you couldnt fucking tell)

Idk honestly most infra orbitals aren’t good since it could go wrong if it’s not saddled

Someone else can explain it more since I’m not good with it

But for me I would go with fat grafting since it’s cheap and someone on the forum has done it already in Bangkok it’s cheap and make sure to overfill.

im going to uni in about a year. If you know any surgeons that specialize in eyes in the UK let me know
