Fat graft or Supra and Infra orbital implants for mogger orbitals?

I've got slight tear troughs under eyes but the massively take away from my eye area as it produces a negative vector. Which procedure mogs and why?

if you have a negative vector you probably have recessed zygos , in that case an implant would look better but also more expensive and riskier

I have forward grown maxilla and chin + mandible just my zygos are below average size and aren't projected but in my family apart from my grandad no one stores much fat under eye but no one is recessed so i think it is sub par volume but even so zygo implants are a good idea

How does cheek implant effect that?i need to raise my lower eyelid 2-3 mm how can cheekimplant do that? I am talking about saddle infra
