Can fat grafting under eye area result in hollow cheeks or do I need more shit done

No hollow cheeks are mostly result of prominent cheek bones and forward grown chin. Basically, your bone structure stretches the skin. Fat grafting is nonsense for hollow cheeks

I don't think it's that easy to tell a person on what to get, he needs firstly to know what's the issue, is it skeletal or fat related?, you get what i mean.
