i have 1mm uee. im considering getting a fat graft to fix this but im scared that my hooding would get a negative tilt. can the surgeon prevent this or do I have to gamble?

The problem with fat grafting is that it dissolves uneven which may cause lumpy look.

Just tell the surgeon to avoid overfilling the lateral lower lid, and also to avoid placing too much fat in areas where it could weigh the lower lid down or push against the structures that help support the eyelid

It's always a gamble with surgeons , wouldn't trust some jew boomer doctor to touch my eyes with even 1 single atom of my body. But you do what you think is best for you.

Depends on the amount of fat
Canthoplasty before, then fat graft

fuck. is there really no way that a surgeon could decrease the possibility for that happening? cause I feel like I would get a negatively tilted hooding

Your case has to be severe to even think about it tbh , you said you have 1mm uee you know how little it is? You have only to lose if it's true.

hunter eyes are made by your pfl pfh ratio and ct more than anything , fat graft will not achieve that it will just make you look healthier and more youthful if done right , botched and overfilled if done wrong
