I got a zygo+infra implant that was quite big (4.5mm~) per side.
But since I started with quite recessed cheekbones (anterior recessed, they are quite wide) this has helped but not as much volume as I’d like.
Getting a larger implant isn’t an option as going much bigger than 4.5mm is asking for problems in terms of it being obvious as I age.
So I’m left with 2 options as I see it: filler or fat grafting.
Fat grafting is less precise and would likely need multiple sessions plus I don’t even know if it would create the ‘sculpted’ look is want.
But filler overtime would migrate and make me bloated and I’d destroy my skin quality getting it dissolved and refilled every few years.
At the moment, I’m considering getting HA filler probably juradem or whatever it’s called to test out the look.
Then once it fades, replace it with fat grafting.
anyone experience of can link an example on here of a man who got fat grafting not for undereye but specifically for cheekbone volume?
