I have terrible eyebags + itachi lines due to recessed infra orbitals. I get asked if I had just woken up a lot in public. In pictures it looks even worse making my lower eyelid pop out more giving me a swollen very tired look. I need advice regarding these 3 different ways to fight against it.
I would obviously go for infra orbital implants if I had the money, job security and time, but as a 22 year old university student who is about to graduate, I need to be able to work with no downtime + I don't have the money for the implants so I will most likely end up getting it in my late 20s.
My next best option is fat grafting but its not as predictable as filler or implants + its not reversable. There's also a chance it would make me look puffy or bloated enlarging my lower eyelid.
finally filler, I've heard it's the best quick results but also thing that worries me is migration + pillow face. since its near my eye, it's very prone to migrate somewhere else and make me look even more bloated. On the plus side though, super fast recovery and cheapest of three option.
Any advice on what to do. I'm hoping to do get infraorbital implants in the future anyways but want to stop looking sleepy tired or mad whenever i'm out in public and in pictures
