fat grafts or no?

ignore how my eyes look feminine idk how to fix im a guy

i have horrible undereye area and am looking to fix- any thoughts on undereye fat grafts for my case? the hollow undereyes are very prominent and i’d like to fix

my only hold up is that i’m unsure if it’s ideal to get undereye fat transfer before i do the other surgeries i want to, like something to address my jaw (which, its unlikely but could end up being djs) and possibly a rhinoplasty

or he only reason im tempted to do undereyes first is because im going to south korea for 4 months. i dont want to do jaw or rhino there because recovery will be long and its a study abroad where i dont want to be forced to take a bunch of downtime from doing fun stuff, but undereyes will have short recovery and id hate not to get anything done while im in the plastic surgery holy land

thoughts? or is it too risky to do when face could change form other surgeries
