I went from the top image to the bottom in just one month.
Before I start I’d like to say this won’t be a high IQ post, just worked for me. Everybody overcomplicates fat loss, don’t make it difficult, also please do not lose the weight too aggressively, you’ll end up skinny fat and nobody wants that, I’m 16 and I’m still growing (I hope). If your anywhere near my age I strongly advise not too cut too agressive.
Drink a good amount of sparkling drinks, for example diet soda. I get that diet soda makes you bloated, but it really will make you full. And using nicotine helps incredibly well, vaping or zyns will make the journey 10 times easier. I’m not exactly where I want to be, still have about a 20% BF, but these two things alone will help you so so so much.
