At the time I created it, I was still waiting for the fluid to drain from my face from my last UC session. Now that it has, here are my results that a few people asked for.
The first photo was taken on the 25th of November, the second was taken today, 4 weeks later.
Both photos are in the same spot with almost the same lighting.
I am the exact same bodyweight and bodyfat % in both photos. Although its hard to belive form the before photo, Im around 14% bf with clear abs.
It is possible that I am slighly more bloated in the first pick, however ive been on a 80% meat 20% fruit dairy diet since 2 months before the before pic, so if there is any bloat its prob close to the amount in the after pic.
I would say that the results are quite substantial, given the time frame.
Ill repeat it here as many people didnt read it last time: EVERYONE STORES FAT DIFFERANTLY, I TEND TO STORE FAT IN MY FACE MORE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE, SO EVEN AT 10% BODYFAT, (which I have been in the past) I STILL HAVE A FAT FACE. WHY WOULD I STARVE MYSELF TO NEAR DEATH AND FUCK UP MY TEST AND TRY LIVE AT 8% BODYFAT, INSTEAD OF DOING THIS. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE NO MORE LOW IQ'S REPEATING (dnr just put the fork down) LIKE ABSOLUTE MINDLESS SHEEP.
