Fat noticeably more jiggly on cut

I don’t know how to describe ot, but my tits and stomach feel more jiggly or mobile, like more squishy I guess

Anybody else experienced this?

you need to be properly hydrated for long period of time with electrolytes, not constantly drinking and flushing out water
