my infra orbitals are pretty recessed. At roughly 18% bf I have pretty bad fat padding on my under eyes and around my nasolabial folds. If i get leaner 12-14% bf is the plan, will my infra orbital area and nasolabial folds get significantly worse? I also plan to start using volufiline and dermarolling when I start cutting on these areas, would that potentially stop me losing too much fat in those area or any at all?

yeaaa it'll look deeper and a bit more worse, i dont think volufiline is like a holy grail for this. it can reduce the appearance but very minimal, same goes for dermaroller. it'll make the skin look firmer but wont add or prevent fat loss

Is there any preventatives for this? My face for my bf being at 18% is already pretty lean but i feel like that might because my projection is pretty good, my infras are definitely pretty bad though. Not mega recessed but it’s definitely noticeable to me now, I have partial under eye hollowing right now but it’s not THAT bad if I get good sleep and use a caffeine serum on my under eyes.

i cant really judge without a picture and definitely you should prioritize sleep if you plan to softmax, 8-9h minimum

Check my profile I posted my face, come back and let me know. Much appreciated. I honestly really slack with sleep, some nights I get 5 hours some nights I get like 12. (When I have work and when I don’t) how much can good consistent sleep actually improve someone?

oh yeah its very minimal dawg i didnt even notice at first, try retinol. Sleep does wonders, try a consistent good sleep sched first, it should improve and if it doesnt get under eye retinol/retinoid cream, should help
