Fat percentage

Hello, my body fat percentage is 5-6 on most calculation sites, but I have a cheeked appearance. Do these sites calculate correctly? If anyone is interested, I would like to send a picture of my body via dm.

just to go to any gym or pharmacy to the inbody calculator , it will show the real fat %

You are definitely not 5-6% bodyfat. That level of leanness is hard to achieve, it’s how lean pro bodybuilders get before competitions.

Inbody scanners at the gym/pharmacy are not accurate either. DEXA scan/MRI or visual assessment are most accurate.

Skin callipers are more accurate. Or maybe just go off a chart. If you don’t look like u 6% then u ain’t
