Fat under chin/neck fat

I have a lot of fat under chin or neck fat, call it whatever u want
I donot have a double chin or smthn like that, but it really looks awful
Its disappearing only when i put tongue on the roof of my mouse, cant even stare at my side without doing it
Idk if its genetically, but i think its changeable maybe
Im only 15 so pls donot write some shi like liposuction n etc
Its not too late for me as a teen to change it naturally

Upd: im 15 and i DO know thats hardmax is the easiest way to fix it, but i simply cant do any surgeries by now cuz im too young, ofc if this fucking fat staying with me until my 18 birthday ill do liposuction instantly

My question was like if for example sm1 mew for a straight year, will there be any changes precisely when tongue is in natural position
Because it’s impossible to always mew
