I want to cut right now, but is there anything I can do to really preserve the muscle like a fatburner or a muscle keeper typa natural thing?

no amount of l arginine or ashwaganda is gonna melt your fat. look into real fatburners

no what you do is everyday you skip strength training forget about your muscles and you fucking run until it feels like everything is burning and you're about to puke, its the best way to naturally burn fat and this isn't incel yap this is shit you learn in 9th grade health nd wellbeing, run until your body has to use fat as energy

you do realize when burning fat you wont be able to preserve all your muscle, only way to preserve some of it is through dieting

alpha yohimibne etc etc all that shit isnt gonna preserve anything you actually paid attention in class and understood how fat is burn you'd look at it differently, you need to do anarobic running which will produce lactic acid and you will feel the lactic acid trust me that's when the fat is burning, with a good diet you can preserve a good amount of muscle along as you keep ur normal workout routine

how about you start semaglutide before u waste money on "alpha yohimbine" when u start digging into shit like that being natty ain't worth it anymore

If you want to go natural so not any of the ozempic mounjaro saxenda wegovy stuff, most you can do is some caffeine based thermogenic supplement, I recommend myprotein
A general rule is that you're going to lose a small amount of muscle with any caloric restriction, but you can make that loss very small to none with resistance training
