If you gain like 10 pounds, nothing will happen.

if you gain 50+ pounds, be ready to lose an inch of height. This is lifefuel for me, after low BFmaxxing, I can hit 6’5.

6’6 after posture gains. Fat can accumulate under your feet which adds up to 0.25 inches at max. So u gain and lose height at the same time, the loss is bigger than the gain however

Its true that fat people reach their lowest height early.
But they dont "shrink" more than average person.
They just shrink faster
